Casgliadau Arlein

Plate, pale buff coloured earthenware, circular shape with flat base, curving sides, and spreading rim; covered all over with a white tin-glaze which is tinged slightly yellow in places, the upperside of the plate painted in orange, green, blue and brown with to the centre of the well a spray of stylized flowers and foliage, a brown band to the edge of the well, a blue edge to the rim, the glaze chipped in places at the rim.
