Casgliadau Arlein

Large square headscarf, finely woven, printed with images of wartime salvage (bottles, bicycles, hot water bottles) in centre, with very pale green background and border. Around border are painted salvage slogans, such as Rubber into aircraft, Bedsteads into Bullets etc. Owner's name tag sewn onto seam (B. Morgan). Manufactured by Jacqmar in 1944.
