Fruit basket, very pale cream-coloured earthenware, oval shape, standing on a twisted ropework foot-rim, curving sides flaring out at the rim made up of open slats, two interlacing bands around the centre of the sides, a wrapped band around the rim; the well edged with two lines of a muddy green-brown colour, one of the bands around the centre of the sides and the wrapped band around the rim painted a muddy green-brown colour.
