Looking out from an old lamp room - note the chapel-like window with its rounded arch - where colliers' lamps were stored, maintained and charged. The ampmeters of the charging units break the gloom, matching the glistening circles of a number of cap lamps on a storage shelf.' Mounted on card. Made for the exhibition RECORDING WALES 3 in 1970/1971.
