light blue ribbed silk outer border, with white leather centre panel; triangular flap of white leather trimmed with border of light blue ribbed silk with light blue webbing with five attachment for fastening; apron is elaborately trimmed with gilt fringe with central circular panel inscribed in gilt FRED COLLINS LODGE 4341; with central spangled star bearing enamelled decoration inscribed PALMA NON SINE PULVERE ROH; upper triangular flap of apron also bears the lettering ROH (Roll of Honour); reverse side of apron is finished in dark blue leather with maker's label attached
