Belt worn by Miss Elizabeth H. Edwards (Hettie Edwards) as member of the British Red Cross (Voluntary Reserve) during the Second World War. She was a librarian at the National Museum of Wales, 1931-70. Made from blue repp ribbon, one end folded to make a peaked shape, other end folded to make straight edge, Three metal 'popper' fasteners.
