Plate, hard-paste porcelain, circular 'königsglatt' form with short curving sides and a flaring rim with a pierced chain pattern and moulded flowers to the edge; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the well a large spray of flowers and two small sprigs, to the rim three small floral sprays and two butterflies, the pierced and moulded edge picked out with gilt.
