This was the first of the Canadian designed neo-Liberty “Freedom” class vessels built 1967 by IHI Shipyard, Tokyo (IMO no.501000322) for the Greek shipowner, J.M.Carras (Hellas) Ltd., Piraeus. 1984 – Renamed RANIA.
