cylindrical handled torch made from a light, durbale material; circular glass lense held in place by a detatchable circular screw top with protective cross; operating switch close to screw top at head of cylinder; attachment at underside of cylinder to secure torch to a fixed point; ring at end of cylinder for attaching to belt or bag; issued to Mrs L. Stephens's (donor) father whilst a member of the Home Guard based at Jersy Marine
