Sauce tureen and cover, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain with a deep blue green translucency; stand, soft-paste 'trident' porcelain with an earthy translucency; tureen standing on a narrow pedestal base, with curved sides to shoulder and concave curve to lip; upturned double spindle handles with rosette discs; flat-topped conical cover with beaded moulding and a pineapple finial; all transfer printed and infilled in enamel with the botanical specimens named above; gilt band of leaves around shoulder; gilt bands to foot rim, lip, and shoulder.
