Handwritten list on the attendance of Arthur Wilkins, a pupil at Crumlin Council School - attendance for 1906 - 1911. Handwritten on Monmouthshire Education Authority headed paper. Dated 28th June 1912. Also two cream coloured envelopes, one with 'Arthur Wilkins' and the other with 'B.D. Richards' typed on the front. On reverse of the envelope is embossed the 'Newport Tinplate Co. Ltd Abercarn.'
