Calon is a celebration of LGBT+ diversity and looks to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues, working with the Health Board to build a more inclusive place for the benefit of our staff and patients” (from Calon website).)

GIG Cymru/NHS Wales t-shirt 'Happy Pride / Pride Hapus'. Worn by Robert Workman (Deputy Head of Occupational Therapy) and a member of CALON (Swansea Bay University Health Board’s LGBT+ and Allies Staff Network). This design of t-shirt was first worn by CALON members, and other NHS Wales staff, at Pride events in 2022, and again in 2023 (the 75th anniversary of the NHS year).

White T-shirt, made from 100% cotton jersey. Circular print on front: words: 'HAPPY PRIDE', 'PRIDE HAPUS' in pride colours surrounding the NHS brand roundel and accompanying text ('GIG CYMRU NHS WALES') with pride-colour hearts on either side separating the Welsh and English wording. 2 white synthetic manufacturer/care labels at inner neck; no side seams.
