GWR no.205, type 0-6-2T Class O4 (ex no.313 and ex. Taff Vale Railway no.110), at Cardiff Newtown West Yard sidings. Photographer's stamp on the back of the photograph. Locomotive was built by Vulcan Foundry in 1910 (works no.2538), rebuilt by GWR, and renumbered July 1947.
