Casgliadau Arlein

Pearl glazed earthenware dish, oblong, eight-sided, with ogee-curved profile, and recessed foot ring. At either side a handle-curved upwards from body and straight on top; slightly domed cover, (handle missing). On body and cover transfer printed in underglaze blue with the Swansea Willow Pattern (or Long Bridge pattern) of three arched bridge, pagodas and junks, and, on cover only, butterfly border. Brown enamelled rims.
