Cup, tea and saucer
Tea cup, tin-glazed earthenware, short foot-rim, high curving sides and loop handle; decorated in high temperature colours with to front of the cup a landscape with figures and ruined classical architecture, scattered floral sprays and sprigs to the rest of the exterior sides, around the upper body a border of a waving brown line with flashes of other colours and issuing further floral sprigs, blue lines around the foot-rim and lip-rim, the handle picked out in blue. Saucer, tin-glazed earthenware, short foot-rim and curving sides; decorated in high temperature colours with to the well a landscape with ruined classical columns, around the sides of the well a border as on the cup, a blue line around the edge of the rim.
