Power feed was driven via a flat belt, from a four step pulley at the rear end of the headstock spindle. It has been fitted with a fairly modern aluminium and perspex cutter guard, it also has a sheet metal guard for the feed pulleys and one of weld mesh for the feed drive shaft, both of which are later additions. Paintwork is not original. Colour - 'Hammerite' silver/grey ,(was green) with red and black. Body of m/c incorporates a lockable tool / parts cupboard. There is a modern fabricated steel tubular item bolted to front bearing pedestal - a damper perhaps?
