Vase, with cover
Vase with cover, soft-paste porcelain, square shaped in section and of a form resembling a chinese bronze, square high foot tapering in towards the top, the body of the vase is bulbous shaped at the bottom and curves into a narrower neck, cover has a square platform with curved edge and a dome shape ontop, at the very top is a hand moulded finial in the shape of a bunch of red berries; the surface of the vase and cover is decorated with small hand modelled flowers; the flowers have been touched with yellow and blue enamel, puce enamel has been painted between the flowers, ontop of the applied flower moulding are a series of hand modelled foliage tendrils running across the main body of the vase, the tendrils have been painted green with red berries in enamels, and the cover is likewise decorated without tendril but the berry finial is painted in red enamel; glazed.
